Terms of Use

By using Delivaz you agree to these terms. Please read them before buying: they describe your relationship with the platform, and your relationship with the sellers on it.

What Delivaz is

Delivaz is a marketplace that brings independent sellers together in one place: shops, restaurants, laundries, outlets, event organisers and digital service providers. The seller is the party you contract with for what you buy, and is responsible for describing their product, its quality and availability, and fulfilling your order. Our role is to run the platform, payment, delivery and support, and to mediate between you when something goes wrong.

Your account

• You must be of legal age and give accurate details.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out from your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to work around an offer or a coupon is grounds for deactivating them.
• We may deactivate any account that breaches these terms or is used fraudulently, and will tell you why.

Prices and currency

• Displayed prices are what the seller charges and exclude delivery, which is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
• You can browse in any displayed currency; it is a display currency converted at a maintained rate. When you place an order, its currency and exchange rate are frozen onto your invoice, so the invoice keeps its original value however prices or rates move afterwards.
• A price or description may be wrong. If we find the error before fulfilment we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Ordering and payment

• Your order is an offer to buy; it becomes a contract when the seller accepts it and begins fulfilment.
• Every amount is calculated on our servers, not in your browser, and any order arriving with an amount that differs from what the system calculates is rejected.
• Coupons and offers are governed by the conditions, period and quota published on them, and do not combine unless stated.
• Goods remain the seller's property until paid for and delivered.

Cancellation, returns and refunds are set out in our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Delivery

Available delivery methods, their coverage and timing are set out on the shipping and delivery page. Displayed durations are estimates rather than guaranteed times, and depend on distance, seller availability and circumstances outside our control.

What you post

• Your reviews and comments are published immediately and moderated afterwards; they may be removed if they breach these terms.
• Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, false, or infringing someone else's rights, and do not post other people's personal data.
• By posting content on the platform you grant us the right to display it there.

Prohibited use

Do not attempt to breach or disrupt the platform, scrape its data automatically, circumvent usage limits, impersonate anyone, or use it for unlawful activity.

Limits of our liability

We work to keep the platform running and its data correct, and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Our liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not responsible for the quality of goods or services supplied by an independent seller, though we will mediate what arises between you.

Changes to these terms

We may update this page; the date it was last updated appears at the bottom. Orders fulfilled before an update remain governed by the version in force at the time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country from which the platform is operated. Disputes are to be settled amicably first, and otherwise before the competent authority there.
