Shipping and Delivery

This page explains how what you buy on Delivaz reaches you, how delivery is charged, and what determines the timing.

Delivery methods

Every store reaches you through one of two channels, and which of them a store offers is shown on its page and at checkout:

  • Delivaz delivery: carried out by the platform's own delivery system, within the areas it covers.
  • Seller delivery: carried out by the seller, or by someone they contract, within the areas the seller has set.

A channel may offer more than one delivery method at checkout - by vehicle, for example - each with its own charge and estimated duration. If no delivery method appears for a store, neither channel reaches your current address. Try changing the address or city at the top of the page.

Delivery charges

Delivery is calculated on our servers, not in your browser, and shown in full at checkout before you pay. It depends on the distance between the seller and your address, the method chosen, and the order's size and weight where those matter. A delivery method may be free under conditions its owner sets - a minimum order value, for instance - and then appears at checkout with a charge of zero.

Timing

Displayed durations are estimates, not guaranteed times. They depend on the seller's working hours and holidays - shown on their page - as well as distance and road conditions. An order placed outside a store's working hours begins fulfilment at the next opening time.

Coverage

The platform shows you the stores and products that reach the country and city selected at the top of the page. If a page looks empty or thin, the selected location is most likely not yours - change it from that same selector.

Tracking your order

Follow your order's status from My Orders in your account; you are notified when its status changes.

Deliver anything

The "deliver anything" service moves a parcel from one place to another without buying from a store. Its delivery methods and their charges come from the same delivery systems that serve orders, and are shown to you when you choose the method, before you confirm the request.
