Answers to the questions we are asked most.

Ordering and delivery

  • Add what you want to your basket, open the basket, choose a delivery address and a delivery method, then pay. You can browse and fill a basket without an account, but you will be asked to sign in before paying so the order has an owner who can follow it.

  • The site shows you only the stores and products that reach the country and city selected at the top of the page. If a section looks empty, the selected location is most likely not yours - change it from that same selector and the listings will fill in.

  • It depends on the seller, the method you choose, and the distance to your address. The full amount is calculated on our servers and shown at checkout before you pay - never after. Some sellers offer free delivery above a certain order value, shown on their store.

The details are in our shipping and delivery page.

  • The times shown are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the seller's working hours and holidays - both published on their store page - as well as distance. An order placed outside a store's working hours starts at its next opening time.

  • Open My Orders from your account. Every order shows its current status, and you are notified when it changes.

Payment and prices

  • No. Your card number and its security code never reach us: they go directly to the payment gateway, which returns a token that cannot be used to buy anywhere outside this platform. We keep the last four digits, the card type and the expiry so you can recognise a saved card - nothing more.

  • Prices are held in one base currency and converted for display at a maintained rate, so the figure moves with the rate. When you place an order, its currency and rate are frozen onto the invoice, and the invoice keeps that value however rates move afterwards.

  • No. The price on a product is what the seller charges for it. Delivery is added and shown separately at checkout, before you pay.

  • Each coupon carries its own conditions: a validity period, a minimum order, a quota, and often a limit to particular sellers or categories. Those conditions are published on the coupon itself. Coupons do not combine unless it says so.

Returns and problems

  • If the product is marked returnable on its page, the order is yours, you are still inside the return window shown on your order, and you have not already requested a return for that item. Prepared food, delivered digital products, performed services and made-to-order items are not returnable.

The full conditions are in our refund policy.

  • Once a return is approved by both the seller and Delivaz, the item's value is added to your Delivaz wallet and can be spent on any later order here. Delivery is refunded only where the return is due to a seller error or a faulty product.

  • Do not wait for the return window. Open the order in My Orders and report the problem from its page - the report reaches us with your order and seller details attached, which is the fastest route to a resolution.

  • Yes, while fulfilment has not started. Once the seller has begun, cancelling becomes a return request and follows the same route.

Your account

  • Check your spam folder first, and that the address or number you entered is the one on your account. Codes are valid for a short period; if yours has expired, ask for a new one from the same screen.

  • From Addresses in your account. You can keep several and pick one at checkout. Changing an address does not change orders already placed.

  • Yes. The account is deactivated and can no longer be signed into, and your details stop appearing on the platform. Your order and invoice records are kept, because they are a shared accounting record between you and the seller. This is set out in our privacy policy.

  • Only to resolve something you reported, and never silently: a visible banner is shown inside the account for the whole session, it expires on its own after a short period, it is read-only unless a separate editing permission was granted, and money and identity operations are closed in either case.
