Seller Agreement

This agreement governs the relationship between a seller and the Delivaz platform. It is accepted when you apply to open a store, and applies for as long as the account exists.

Who sells on Delivaz

Selling on the platform is for registered commercial entities. Each entity needs a valid commercial registration and whatever licences its activity requires - a municipal licence for a restaurant, and so on. One account may own more than one commercial entity, and each entity has its own documents and its own review.

Branches

An additional branch of an approved entity is exempt from resubmitting its entity documents. It is not exempt from the documents of its premises, such as the site's lease or licence where those are required.

Review and approval

Every store application is reviewed, and you may be asked to complete or correct a document. Every change of status is recorded with who made it and why, and is visible on your application page.

Your responsibility for what you sell

• You are the party contracting with the customer, and are responsible for the accuracy of your product's description, images, price and availability.
• You must fulfil accepted orders on time, and keep your stock and working hours current.
• You may not sell what the law prohibits, or anything that infringes another party's intellectual property.
• You are bound by the refund policy published on the platform, and must cooperate in reviewing return requests.

Commission

• Delivaz deducts a commission from the value of what you sell. The rate applying to each category is shown to you on the pricing page before you register, and inside your dashboard afterwards.
• The rate is frozen at the moment the customer pays and recorded on the order line, so a later change to rates does not change the commission on an earlier order.
• Commission is not charged on delivery or on tax - only on the value of the goods or service.
• Each channel has its own rate: shops, restaurants, laundries, outlets, discounts and events. A product is charged under the channel it is displayed in.

Advertising

Booking advertising space on the platform is a paid service separate from commission. It is priced by where the advertisement is published rather than by the product's category, and prices are shown before booking.

Payouts

Order proceeds are collected by the platform and paid out to the bank account registered on your approved commercial entity, after it is matched. Payouts are not made to an account in a name other than the entity's. Payout requests are subject to review.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend your store or terminate this agreement on breach, on repeated upheld complaints, where your documents have expired and not been renewed, or on fraudulent activity. We will tell you why. Your obligations for orders already placed before suspension remain.

Confidentiality of customer data

Customer data you are given access to is for fulfilling their orders only. It may not be used for marketing outside the platform or shared with anyone else.
